Job summary

EnerSys Advanced Systems (EAS) seeks a Field Service Representative to deliver on-site technical support for Rebel power and communications products. Travels to defense, government, and commercial sites to demonstrate, train, integrate and troubleshoot systems while coordinating with Sales, PM, and Engineering.

The role requires extensive travel to remote/military locations, with a focus on professional delivery, customer satisfaction, and product excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting communications and/or power products.
• High School diploma or military experience is required.
• Excellent communication, troubleshooting methods, and flexible scheduling are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical field support to customers alongside Sales/Business Development.
• Represent Rebel products in a professional manner.
• Support multiple products and programs in collaboration with internal teams.
• Present as Subject Matter Expert on Rebel products in the field.
• Provide technical feedback and relay customer input to engineering.
• Convey customer feedback to engineering for product improvement.
• Offer training on Rebel products as required.
• Travel to remote locations to support demonstrations and exercises.
