Job summary

ELTA North America is seeking a Field Service Representative to provide on-site support for installation, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and training on complex aerospace systems. The role serves as the primary technical interface with customers, ensuring mission readiness and system performance in domestic and international field environments.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• Experience supporting aerospace/defense systems in field or maintenance roles.
• Excellent communication and ability to train technically and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel frequently, including international deployments.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site installation, operation, maintenance, and training for aerospace systems.
• Diagnose and resolve system issues across mechanical, electrical, avionics, and software domains.
• Travel extensively to customer sites and maintain detailed service reports.
• Coordinate with engineering, program management, and product support teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and military requirements.
