Job summary

3D Systems is seeking a Field Service Engineer in the United States to install, relocate, repair and perform preventative maintenance on 3D printer hardware at customer sites. This is a travel-heavy, field-based role requiring travel to client locations.

Qualifications

• Proficient in troubleshooting, configuration, installation and repair of electronic systems and computers.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment repairs for customers, including warranty/contract checks.
• Analyze and adapt to unique customer configurations and software.
• Assess customer proficiency and promote self-maintenance where possible.
• Execute preventive maintenance as directed by the Service Manager.
• Support customers and communicate value of 3D Systems.
