Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, troubleshoot, and service semiconductor processing equipment at client sites nationwide. Base locations include Chandler, AZ and North Phoenix, AZ, with travel to others as needed.

You will work on tool installation, perform upgrades, and provide hands-on support to ensure systems become fully operable. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in maintenance or installation, strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience with maintenance, troubleshooting, or installing equipment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to work overtime and travel to other sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform Installation of semiconductor processing equipment.
• Maintain records and reports as required.
• Coordinate activities with peers, supervisors and customers.
• Order and install components.
• Respond to emergency service calls as needed.
• Instruct customer operating technicians on system operation and maintenance.
• Perform upgrades and modifications to equipment as needed.
• Remain current on equipment/tools through training and manuals.
• Uphold standards of conduct and credentials for customer sites.
