Schneider’s Field Service Engineers play an impactful role within the organization - collaborating with customers, team members, and third-party partners to perform assembly, startup, diagnostic, repair, and preventive maintenance on both company and third-party systems in various environments. We offer all Field Service Representatives comprehensive product training and training on all digital and physical tools related to their work. Schneider Electric provides service vehicles, tools, uniforms, mobile devices, and laptops for daily professional use.
This opportunity is a home-based, flexible work schedule with a 40-hour guarantee (+ overtime).
This Field Service Engineer role is within our U.S. Services business, specifically our Power Monitoring team. Our team focuses on servicing SCADA systems and other Power Monitoring equipment in data centers and industrial sites. We are the OEM service provider for APC (American Power Conversion)/MGE/Schneider Electric equipment.
