The Field Service Engineer will maintain Beckman Coulter diagnostic tools, directly impacting patient health. This role is based in Baltimore MD/Washington DC, fully remote, and reports to the Field Service Manager. It involves servicing Clinical Chemistry and Immunoassay products, troubleshooting, installation, preventative maintenance, and training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently troubleshoot, install, and repair Beckman Coulter equipment, providing excellent customer service and technical training.
• Maintain accurate service records, order parts, and use business systems like OBI, Salesforce, and SharePoint.
• Engage with stakeholders and assist in training new engineers.

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate degree or equivalent military experience.
• 1 year of experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electronic, or instrumentation equipment.
• Valid driver’s license, ability to travel, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of advanced troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Technical college background in biomed, engineering, or related fields.

This position offers a salary range of $75,000-$85,000, bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits. Remote work arrangements are available. Employment requires full COVID-19 vaccination, subject to accommodations.
