You will travel to customer sites, perform installations, maintenance, diagnose failures, train operators, and collaborate with teams to implement upgrades across diverse facilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or field service.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics and diagrams.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of motors, sensors, and pneumatic systems.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel nationally.

Responsibilities

• Execute complex installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance on industrial packaging and conveyor systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic failures to minimize downtime.
• Analyze and troubleshoot PLC-controlled hardware to restore system function.
• Provide on-site technical training to customer operators.
• Maintain detailed service documentation to track performance trends.

• Execute complex installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance on industrial packaging and conveyor systems to ensure maximum equipment longevity.
• Diagnose and resolve intricate mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic failures to minimize client downtime.
• Analyze and troubleshoot PLC-controlled hardware to restore system functionality efficiently.
• Provide on-site technical training to customer operators, empowering them to manage daily equipment operations effectively.
• Maintain detailed service documentation to track performance trends and improve future maintenance strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades and process improvements at customer sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance or field service environments.
• Proficiency in interpreting electrical schematics and technical diagrams.
• Hands-on expertise in troubleshooting motors, sensors, and pneumatic systems.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel extensively to support national client sites.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated experience troubleshooting Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).
• Prior experience working with high-speed packaging or material handling conveyor systems.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently in fast-paced field environments.
