Growing Company! Supporting Amazing Customers!

This Jobot Job is hosted by: Lincoln Sprague

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

A bit about us:

We're a long-established, privately-held manufacturer of high-reliability interconnect and tactical communications systems, serving aerospace, defense, and government customers for over six decades. Our tactical interconnect platform supports SOCOM and other military end users in the field, and this Tampa-based Integration Cell is where that hardware, firmware, and software all come together before it reaches the warfighter. It's a stable, engineering-driven environment — you're joining a team that values hands-on problem solving, direct customer interaction, and genuine ownership over how these systems perform in real deployments, not just in the lab.

Why join us?
  • World Class Profit Sharing
  • Paid For Employer Benefits including Health
  • Generous PTO
