Job Details / Responsibilities

• Your role as a field service tech involves checking machinery before shipping, inspecting finished machinery, and helping with sales.
• As a Field Service Representative, you''ll travel to different customer locations to install equipment and fix issues.
• You''ll provide technical support over the phone 24/7 when you''re not traveling, and keep records of customer interactions.
• You might also help with equipment at trade shows.

Qualifications

• An Associate degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology, or similar experience/training in engineering or technical service.
• Being able to think creatively under pressure, manage lots of information, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Being ready to travel a lot and stay for a while at different places.
• Knowing how to operate, troubleshoot, maintain, and work with equipment and its software.
