Job summary

Management Performance Associates is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service medical laboratory analyzers in the Memphis, TN area. The role requires installing, servicing, and performing preventive maintenance on automated lab instrumentation while building strong customer relationships.

Candidates should have an electronics/electro-mechanical troubleshooting background, a certificate or AAS in electronics, at least three years of field service experience, willingness to travel overnight,

Qualifications

• Certificate or AAS degree in electronics or related discipline is required.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a field service engineer.
• Overnight travel will be required.
• Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or other medical instrumentation would be a plus.
• This job requires the individual to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Responsibilities

• Will be involved with the installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance of the instrumentation.
• Establish a good customer relations foundation.
• Coordinates problem resolution within the Field Support Group
• Maintain car inventory, such as tools, trunk stock (parts), etc.
• Provides basic on-site training regarding the operation of company instrumentation

Service medical laboratory equipment (hematology, chemistry, coagulation, etc) for this manufacturer of medical laboratory analyzers. Current or recent Field Service experience in the Medical Device industry is preferred. You will be servicing automated robotic lab instrumentation in the greater MEMPHIS, TN area.

Position requires a good electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting background.

• Base salary 65K - 85K depending on experience (overtime & performance bonus should add an additional 4K - 8K annually, probably more.).
