Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service medical laboratory analyzers in the Memphis, TN area. The role requires a strong electronics and electro-mechanical troubleshooting background and overnight travel.

A certificate or AAS in electronics is required, along with a minimum of 3 years in field service. COVID-19 vaccination is required. Responsibilities include installation, servicing, preventive maintenance, customer relations, and on-site training for

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and perform preventive maintenance on instrumentation.
• Establish a good customer relations foundation.
• Coordinate problem resolution within the Field Support Group.
• Maintain car inventory (tools, parts) and stock.
• Provide on-site training on operation of company instrumentation.

**** No Relocation. Need to reside within in the greater MEMPHIS, TN area

Service medical laboratory equipment (hematology, chemistry, coagulation, etc) for this manufacturer of medical laboratory analyzers. Current or recent Field Service experience in the Medical Device industry is preferred. You will be servicing automated robotic lab instrumentation in the greater MEMPHIS, TN area.

Position requires a good electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting background.

Qualifications

• A Certificate or AAS Degree in electronics or a related discipline is required.


• Good experience with electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting.


• Overnight travel will be required


• Minimum of 3 years experience as a field service engineer


• Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or other medical instrumentation would be a plus.


• This job requires the individual to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
