Job summary

Clear Concepts, Inc. seeks a Field Service Engineer to install, service, and maintain automated lab instrumentation in the greater Memphis area. The role requires a strong electronics background and on-site travel.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of field service experience, a certificate or AAS in electronics, and be willing to travel overnight. COVID-19 vaccination is required.

Qualifications

• Certificate or AAS in electronics is required.
• Minimum of 3 years field service engineer experience.
• Overnight travel will be required.
• This job requires the individual to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
• Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or other medical instrumentation would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance of the instrumentation.
• Establish a good customer relations foundation.
• Coordinates problem resolution within the Field Support Group.
• Maintain car inventory, such as tools, trunk stock (parts), etc.
• Provides basic on-site training regarding the operation of company instrumentation.

**** No Relocation. Need to reside within in the greater MEMPHIS, TN area

Service medical laboratory equipment (hematology, chemistry, coagulation, etc) for this manufacturer of medical laboratory analyzers. Current or recent Field Service experience in the Medical Device industry is preferred. You will be servicing automated robotic lab instrumentation in the greater MEMPHIS, TN area.

Position requires a good electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting background.

Qualifications

• A Certificate or AAS Degree in electronics or a related discipline is required.


• Good experience with electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting.


• Overnight travel will be required


• Minimum of 3 years experience as a field service engineer


• Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or other medical instrumentation would be a plus.
