Job summary

Accounting Search is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to service and maintain medical laboratory analyzers in the greater MEMPHIS, TN area. The role includes installation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of hematology, chemistry, and coagulation instrumentation on-site with customers.

Requirements include a certificate or AAS in electronics, at least 3 years of field service experience, willingness to travel overnight, and full vaccination against COVID-19.

Qualifications

• Certificate or AAS in electronics is required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a field service engineer.
• Overnight travel will be required.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
• Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or other medical instrumentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and perform preventive maintenance of the instrumentation.
• Establish a strong customer relations foundation.
• Coordinate problem resolution within the Field Support Group.
• Maintain car inventory (tools, trunk stock, etc.).
• Provide basic on-site training on operation of company instrumentation.

**** No Relocation. Need to reside within in the greater MEMPHIS, TN area

Service medical laboratory equipment (hematology, chemistry, coagulation, etc) for this manufacturer of medical laboratory analyzers. Current or recent Field Service experience in the Medical Device industry is preferred. You will be servicing automated robotic lab instrumentation in the greater MEMPHIS, TNarea.

Position requires a good electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting backgrounnd.

Qualifications:

• A Certificate or AAS Degree in electronics or a related discipline is required.


• Good experience with electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting.


• Overnight travel will be required


• Minimum of 3 years experienceas a field service engineer


• Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or other medical instrumentation would be a plus.


• This job requires the individual to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Responsibilities:
