Markent Personnel, Inc. is seeking a field service engineer in the greater MEMPHIS, TN area to install, service, and maintain medical laboratory equipment including hematology analyzers.

You will travel overnight and work on automated lab instrumentation, building strong customer relations and performing preventive maintenance. A background in electronics and electro-mechanical troubleshooting is required, with at least 3 years of field service experience.

Competenze

• Certificate or AAS Degree in electronics or related discipline required.
• Experience with electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting preferred.
• Overnight travel will be required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a field service engineer.
• Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or similar instrumentation a plus.
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 required.

**** No Relocation. Need to reside within in the greater MEMPHIS, TN area

Service medical laboratory equipment (hematology, chemistry, coagulation, etc) for this manufacturer of medical laboratory analyzers. Current or recent Field Service experience in the Medical Device industry is preferred. You will be servicing automated robotic lab instrumentation in the greater MEMPHIS, TNarea.

Position requires a good electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting backgrounnd.

Qualifications:

• A Certificate or AAS Degree in electronics or a related discipline is required.


• Good experience with electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting.


• Overnight travel will be required


• Minimum of 3 years experienceas a field service engineer


• Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or other medical instrumentation would be a plus.


• This job requires the individual to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Responsibilities:

• Will be involved with the installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance of the instrumentation.


• Establish a good customer relations foundation.


• Coordinates problem resolution within the Field Support Group


• Maintain car inventory, such as tools, trunk stock (parts), etc.


• Providesbasic on-site training regarding the operation of company instrumentation.

Benefits:

• Base salary 65K - 85K depending on experience (overtime & performance bonus should add an additional 4K - 8K annually, probably more.).
