Job summary

White-Recruitment is seeking a Field Service Technician to service, troubleshoot and repair automated industrial machinery from our Dallas area base. The role covers electrical and mechanical fault-finding, PLC troubleshooting and travel to customer sites across the region.

You will install, commission and upgrade equipment, work with VFDs, motors and sensors, and provide frontline technical support. DOE base salary ranges USD75,000–USD100,000 with overtime opportunities and paid travel.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills.
• Experience with automated industrial machinery.
• PLC troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with VFDs, motors, sensors and industrial controls.
• Comfortable working independently and traveling.

Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot and repair automated industrial machinery.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical and controls faults.
• Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance.
• Install and commission new machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment.

The Role
