Job summary

Power Motive Corporation is seeking an Entry Level Field Service Dispatcher in Tucson, AZ to coordinate field operations, schedule technicians, manage work orders, and handle customer communications from initial service request through completion.

This on-site role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and timely updates. You will research machine history and warranty status, track parts, and ensure documentation meets company standards. Experience with CDK/IntelliDealer and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Heavy Equipment Service Operations preferred.
• Fluent in Microsoft Suites (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Experience with CDK/IntelliDealer preferred.
• Must be Structured, and detail-oriented adhering to process and operational consistency.
• Analytical and systems-focused with repetitive routines designed to ensure global standardization.
• Communication rooted in technical knowledge, data, and process improvement.
• Clear decision-making authority within a well-defined scope of systems and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for field service requests and customer communications.
• Create, maintain, and close work orders accurately.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians based on skill, availability, and priority.
• Research machine history, warranty status, telematics data, and technical resources.
• Coordinate parts availability, repair progress, and customer updates.

Level: Entry, Job Location: Tucson, AZ 85714, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 Salary, Travel Percentage: None, Job Shift: Day, As a Field Service Dispatcher for Power Motive Corporation, you will play a key role in the growth and success of our Heavy Equipment Service Department. Your daily tasks will include coordinating field service operations, technician scheduling, customer communications, work order management, and repair execution from initial service request through completion.

Primary Responsibilities
