As a Field Service Dispatcher, you will organize the daily dispatch of Field Service Techs for the branch in a safe and timely manner. Your role is crucial for meeting customer operational needs.

What You'll Do

• Oversee dispatch of Field Service Techs within the metro-area to maximize efficiency and customer repair responsiveness
• Assist in taking customer telephone orders for deliveries, pickups, and service
• Arrange for all emergency field repairs
• Answer customer calls and review driver schedules to fulfill requests
• Assist Inside sales team as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Knowledge of DOT/Federal Motor Carrier rules and regulations
• Attention to safety
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service, teamwork, and communication skills
