Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience is required.
• Technical Associate’s degree plus 2 years related experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is a plus; proficiency in MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field service dispatch and maintain logistics.
• Manage tool calibration and warranty returns.
• Process support contracts and renewals in SAP/Salesforce.
• Prepare tool kits and coordinate deliveries to worksites.
• Assist Quality Engineer with tool transfers.
• Maintain warehouse organization and readiness for field operations.
• Provide coverage as a proxy for dispatch during PTO.
