Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial contact for escalated issues and inform the manager.
• Receive customer service calls and schedule or dispatch technicians to relevant locations.
• Relay work orders, messages, or information to/from technicians or customers.
• Communicate with customers and coworkers to address questions, problems, or service requests.
• Prepare and schedule daily work and run schedules.
• Receive and document customer purchase orders and track order status.
