Job summary

Crawford Mechanical Services is seeking a Service Coordinator to ensure daily service operations run smoothly by coordinating technician schedules, dispatching calls, and maintaining accurate service documentation.

You will serve as the main liaison between customers, field technicians, and service leadership, delivering outstanding service while supporting performance and team success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in service coordination, dispatching, scheduling, or customer service.
• Experience in construction, mechanical, HVAC, or related services preferred.
• Strong scheduling and workforce planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to customer service requests via phone, email, and portals.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians based on availability and priority.
• Maintain real-time service schedules and updates.
• Serve as primary customer liaison throughout the service process.
• Maintain work orders, tickets, notes, and customer records in the service system.
• Generate purchase orders, reconcile receipts, and assist admin docs.
• Process payroll entries and prepare weekly payroll summaries.
• Track KPIs like response times, utilization, and customer satisfaction.
• Support after-hours dispatch and urgent service requests.
• Collaborate with managers, technicians, and internal teams to improve service delivery.
