Responsibilities

• Schedule service technicians daily in an efficient manner.
• Open work orders and communicate with relevant team members to fulfill requirements promptly.
• Coordinate with parts to ensure availability for service jobs and proper invoicing.
• Greet and assist service visitors professionally.
• Prepare and manage reports including WIP and invoicing.
