Bramco Group in Nashville, La Vergne, seeks a full-time administrative coordinator to support the Field Service Supervisor in repairs operations and to coordinate technicians, parts, and customer communications.

You will help prepare estimates, track job progress, verify scope with customers, and assist with scheduling and safety compliance. A High School diploma and 5+ years in heavy equipment are expected.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years’ experience in the heavy equipment industry.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic diagnostic tools.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Field Service Supervisor in coordinating daily activities for field repairs.
• Communicate with customers, identify parts, and help prepare estimates.
• Review service reports, track parts orders, and ensure proper documentation.
• Support scheduling and safety compliance for field technicians.
