Job summary

Doggett Equipment Services Group seeks a Field Service Coordinator to coordinate service support and technician development in Monroe, LA. You will manage work orders, verify accuracy, and ensure timely closures while maintaining DOT compliance and safety standards.

You will liaise with field staff, vendors and customers, enter notes, adjust labor times, and dispatch technicians as needed. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to diagnose basic service issues and reference procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Proven teamwork and customer-facing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service support and technician development.
• Receive and process completed work orders and ensure accuracy.
• Close work orders within five days of last activity.
• Enter detailed work order notes and adjust labor times as needed.
• Dispatch and schedule technicians and arrange repairs when required.
• Look up warranty coverage and reference it for technicians.
• Work with outside vendors and ensure PO invoices are provided.
• Maintain DOT compliance and environmental standards for service trucks.
