Garage Door Services in the Nashville area is seeking a Service Coordinator to keep customers informed, move service requests, and support field technicians. This fast-paced, on-site role requires organization, clear communication, and problem-solving in a service environment.

You will enter tickets and orders accurately, coordinate with customers, builders, technicians, and team members, and help move issues toward timely solutions while protecting customer trust and company interests.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, service coordination, dispatch, scheduling, or administrative support in a professional service or field service environment
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Ability to type 50 to 60 words per minute with accuracy
• Clear and professional phone, email, and written communication skills
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Dependable attendance and the ability to follow established processes
• Reliable transportation since this is an on site position

You know how to gather the right information, document details accurately, communicate with field teams, and help move an issue toward a solution. Experience in garage doors, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, home services, auto service, auto parts, or another field service industry is especially valuable in this role.
