Qualifications

• Hands-on repair or maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to read electrical/hydraulic diagrams.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Reliable smartphone and secure address for parts deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Handle two to three service calls per day at commercial coffee accounts.
• Use a multimeter to take voltage, resistance, capacitance readings.
• Read electrical and hydraulic diagrams to trace faults.
• Identify outlet types and plumbing thread sizes; build adapters when needed.
• Disassemble and reassemble components with care and accuracy.
• Reference parts diagrams and machine documentation for part numbers.
• Write accurate, professional service notes with correct spelling.
• Manage tickets and time through ServiceTitan.
• Explain findings clearly to customers in plain language.
• Taste coffee to confirm machines are dialed in after repair.
