Job summary

CCR Beverage Solutions in Pflugerville, TX is seeking an Coffee Equipment Technician to service commercial coffee machines. You will diagnose electrical and hydraulic faults, read wiring diagrams, and perform on-site repairs with a focus on accuracy and clear customer communication.

Responsibilities include handling multiple service calls per day, documenting work, and using ServiceTitan for tickets. A valid license, ability to lift 75 lbs, and reliable equipment are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and perform field work.
• Smartphone reliability and home-based start preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform two to three service calls daily at commercial coffee accounts.
• Use meter readings to diagnose electrical & hydraulic faults.
• Read and trace faults from diagrams to source.
• Identify outlet types and plumbing thread sizes; fabricate adapters as needed.
• Disassemble and reassemble components with care and accuracy.
• Maintain service notes with clear, professional language.
• Manage tickets in ServiceTitan and communicate findings clearly to customers.
• Taste coffee to verify machines are dialed in after repair.
