Qualifikationen

• Requires a 2-year technical degree in Electronic, Electrical, Electro/Mechanical, CNC Technology or a high school/vocational equivalent with 2 years' experience in troubleshooting, installation and repair of machine tools.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; ability to operate company or personal service vehicle.
• Passport required; travel to support training and out-of-state or out-of-country customers may be needed.

Aufgaben

• Participate in on-the-job training and vendor certification programs.
• Assist with installations, showroom prep, repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and maintain high quality workmanship.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams for progress updates and service completion.
• Document work records and reports accurately; maintain professional conduct and organization.
