Qualifications

• Two years of technician experience.
• Valid state Certified Applicator License.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using PestPac or similar CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of Commercial Pest Control Technicians.
• Oversee daily field operations across the Commercial department.
• Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Evaluate customer needs and provide effective service solutions.
• Maintain accurate service records and required reports.
• Support technician training, development, and performance.
• Ensure technicians follow company safety and service standards.
