Responsabilités

• Provide customer service, sales and operational support at the Service Center.
• Answer phone calls and greet visitors.
• Resolve billing problems and shipment inquiries.
• Research shipment tracking requests and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with Sales/Service to resolve customer problems.
• Assist with sorting, loading/unloading, documentation, and payments.
• Dispatch pickup and delivery information and schedule daily routes.
• Assist with import/export documentation and customs process where applicable.
