Job summary

Fraza in Michigan seeks a field service operations lead to manage and direct all aspects of the field service technicians' service business. You will coordinate activities with other departments to best serve customers and staff, ensuring efficient scheduling and optimal use of technician time.

This role requires strong communication, organization, and customer service skills, as well as proficiency with Microsoft tools and Salesforce CRM.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with sensitive issues, develop others, or persuade others to take action.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent computer skills and a strong understanding of Microsoft tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up.
• Manage the customer experience with strong communication throughout the life of the work order; keep customers apprised of problems, delays, or changes in quotes.
• Schedule and coordinate all service work for the team and manage technicians' workload.
• Ensure field service technicians are scheduled for efficient time use.
• Approve work orders and forward to service billing coordinator for processing.
• Understand service KPIs and use them to manage team performance.
• Quote service repairs in Salesforce; review quotes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Daily Tasks:

• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up.
• Managing the customer experience with strong communication throughout the entire life of the work order(s) and our customers are apprised of any potential problems, delays, and or increases in quoted amounts.
• Schedule and coordinate all service work for your team while managing technicians workload.
• Assures that all field service technicians are scheduled to obtain the most efficient use of time.
• Approve work orders and give to service billing coordinator for processing.
• Understand service KPI's and use them to manage your team's performance.
• Quoting service repair jobs sent in by your technicians through Salesforce (CRM), check on quotes, and make sure quoted jobs are done within the quoted amount and finished by the promised time.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management professionally and efficiently.
