Job summary

Runbeck Election Services LLC is seeking a Field Service Account Manager to oversee customer accounts and develop new business. This role involves answering client queries and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.

Ideal candidates should have a technical certification and strong interpersonal skills. Responsibilities also include onsite installations and providing customer training in addition to managing client relationships and documenting usage.

The position may require overnight travel across the US.

Qualifications

• Trade or Technical school certification/diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with software-related applications and Commercial Off Shelf (COTS) products.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to negotiate.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities.
