Job summary

Sentry Equipment Corp. is seeking a Service Account Owner II to maintain and grow customer relationships across an assigned territory. You will install, startup, repair, and service sampling systems, conditioning equipment, and instrumentation used in power and industrial markets.

Travel-intensive role emphasizing renewals, quotes, and site training. A strong electromechanical background and solid customer communication skills are essential to success in this field-based position.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electronics or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• At least five years of field experience with sampling and analytical equipment.
• Strong electromechanical aptitude and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Proficiency with CRM, ERP systems, and field service documentation.

Responsibilities

• Install, startup, repair, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on sampling equipment and related systems.
• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and drive renewals and growth opportunities.
• Prepare quotes for parts and maintenance agreements for assigned accounts.
• Deliver site-specific training for customers and team members.
• Provide field support to technicians and assist with technical questions and installations.
