Job summary

GROWMARK in Illinois seeks an experienced Seed Sales Leader to drive profitable sales and market share for FS supported seed brands, forage seed and seed care products. You will provide seed sales/marketing leadership and support with assigned members.

Responsibilities include implementing Seed Division marketing strategies, leading targeted sales calls with FS partners, and delivering training and product knowledge to achieve growth and profitability across your territory.

Qualifications

• BS in agriculture-related field or equivalent experience.
• Certified Crop Advisor or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• 3+ years of agriculture sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of seed and crop protection sales.
• Willingness to travel and reside in territory.

Responsibilities

• Lead seed division marketing and growth initiatives for assigned members.
• Initiate sales calls with growers and FS partners to promote seeds.
• Provide training, product knowledge and marketing support.
• Implement business plans to drive growth and retention.
• Support key agronomy marketing initiatives and field sales.
