Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience installing and inspecting/servicing Tyco Integrated Security or comparable product line.
• Experience with Card Access/CCTV/IP cameras
• Excellent communication skills
• Electrical/Electronic background
• Valid driver's license
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to successfully pass government-required background screen

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and service security systems to resolve customer issues and building inefficiencies.
• Advise customers and the care center on system status and inspections.
• Repair or replace burglar alarms, fire alarms, CCTV, Card Access systems and other security equipment.
• Coordinate inspections and installations with police, fire departments, or other agencies as needed.
• Provide quotes and upsell opportunities to improve facility operations.
