Job summary

Per Mar Security Services in Janesville, WI is seeking hardworking security technicians to install, service, and test burglar and fire alarm systems, CCTV, and access control in residential, commercial, and industrial environments.

Starting pay ranges from $20.00 to $35.00 per hour based on experience, with a monthly incentive program of up to 10% of annual pay. Benefits include medical and dental insurance, paid vacation and holidays, and a 401K/403b plan. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and pre-employment background checks.
• Must be able to travel as needed.
• Must obtain required licenses/certifications per state regulations.
• Knowledge of fire and electrical codes for alarm installations.

Responsibilities

• Install and wire alarm system devices (burglar, fire, CCTV, access control).
• Test and verify system functionality per manufacturer specs.
• Program alarm systems via programmer or keypad.
• Explain system operation to customers and provide proper documentation.
