Job summary

Cardinal Point Homeland Security Group's Fort Washington site seeks a Security Field Supervisor to lead field staff, ensure 100% shift coverage, enforce SOPs, and lead incident command when needed.

You will train officers, conduct site inspections, manage client relations, and uphold safety, compliance, and service quality across multiple posts on a rotating schedule, including weekends and on-call flexibility.

Qualifications

• ~5+ years security, military, law enforcement, or related supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead field staff and maintain presence as Cardinal Point ambassador.
• Ensure 100% shift coverage and proper staffing per zone.
• Coach officers, train on SOPs, and enforce reporting standards.
• Respond to emergencies and lead incident command when needed.
• Maintain client relations, investigate concerns, and ensure service quality.
• Review logs and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Support zone-based operations and participate in weekly reviews.
