Job summary

Cardinal Point Homeland Security Group seeks a Security Field Supervisor to lead frontline field security personnel across sites in the Fort Washington area. You will ensure staffing, quality of service, and officer performance while coordinating with the Operations Manager during incidents and emergencies.

The role requires 5+ years in security or related supervisory roles, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass drug testing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years security, military, law enforcement, or related supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass drug testing.
• Act 235 or similar certifications preferred.
• Concealed Carry Permit as applicable per site/zone.

Responsibilities

• Serve as ambassador and uphold company values.
• Lead field staff with accountability and transformational leadership.
• Enforce supervisor standards including appearance and conduct.
• Ensure 100% shift coverage and schedule verification.
• Match officer skills to posts and ensure uniform standards.
• Perform field inspections and provide in-moment coaching.
• Train officers on SOPs, post orders, and reporting.
• Respond to emergencies and assume incident command when needed.
• Maintain accurate incident reporting and communicate with leadership.
• Conduct weekly client check-ins and address client concerns.
• Ensure adherence to laws and agency standards.
