Job summary

Cardinal Point Homeland Security Group in Fort Washington, PA is seeking a Security Field Supervisor to provide front-line leadership, operational oversight, and direct supervision of field security personnel across multiple sites. Under the guidance of the Operations Manager, you will ensure staffing, staff development, incident command readiness, and compliant reporting.

The role requires a fixed rotating schedule with every other weekend off, on-site work, and willingness to respond to

Qualifications

• 5+ years security, military, law enforcement, or related supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass drug testing.
• Act 235 (preferred).
• Concealed Carry Permit (as applicable per site/zone).

Responsibilities

• Lead field staff with a supportive, positive, and accountable mindset rooted in transformational leadership.
• Enforce supervisor standards including appearance, conduct, procedural justice, and communication expectations.
• Perform field inspections and provide in-moment coaching and correction.
• Respond immediately to emergencies or unusual occurrences; assume incident command when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and compliant incident reporting following investigative writing standards.
• Maintain visibility across locations; build rapport and ensure service standards are consistently met.
