Job summary

Marksman Security LLC in Denver, CO is seeking a Regional Security Manager to oversee security operations across our regional division. You will lead on-site teams, assess risks, and partner with clients to meet safety and financial goals while traveling regionally to audits.

Responsibilities include managing 8 officers and shifts, developing reports, ensuring compliance with federal and local regulations, and driving a culture of safety and service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of managerial and policy-making experience in law enforcement or contract security management.
• High-rise Class A commercial office tower experience and extensive contacts within the local law enforcement community strongly preferred.
• Degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement Management, or related field (or equivalent experience/education) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations across the regional division and travel regionally for site audits and leadership.
• Directly manage, lead, and support 8 security officers, site leads, and shift supervisors including hiring, scheduling, payroll tracking, and performance evaluations.
• Develop, prepare, and compile reports, memos, and documentation pertaining to personnel activities, security metrics, and account trends.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines and drive a culture of safety and customer service.
