Job summary

Marksman Security is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor to manage daily security operations, lead a team of officers on an assigned shift, and ensure the safety of people and property. You will supervise post inspections, coordinate coverage, and mentor staff to meet high standards.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of security leadership experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with security systems such as CCTV, access control, and incident command procedures.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience managing a security team, preferably on large studio accounts.
• Proven ability to lead teams in complex problems and emergency response.
• Excellent communication and professional writing skills for reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations and lead a team during assigned shift.
• Ensure post inspections meet uniform and grooming standards.
