Job summary

Interface Systems, LLC is seeking an experienced Security Alarm Technician to diagnose and resolve application issues while maintaining Fire Alarm, TCP/IP Networks, Video Surveillance, Access Control and Wireless solutions. You will install and service security and video systems, wireless devices and cabling, and work with a company-provided toolset to complete jobs safely.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of field technician experience in electronic security.
• Ability to read and understand technical documents and drawings.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to pass state and federal background checks to become a registered security installer.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain intrusion, fire, video surveillance, network and VoIP systems.
• Work in the field using efficient methods to resolve service issues.
• Train customers on Interface systems and maintain inventory controls.
