AMH is seeking a Field Scheduler to prioritize and assign work orders for our Field Technicians. The role requires deep knowledge of work order systems, strong planning, multitasking, and excellent communication with residents and teammates.

The ideal candidate will manage inspections, optimize daily routes, and ensure timely completion of tasks while adapting to a dynamic environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Yardi Voyager or CRM Dynamics are preferred.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required or strongly preferred.
• Associates degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Real Estate, Business Communications or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in Maintenance, Property Management, Dispatching or Scheduling.
• Familiarity with Scheduling and/or Dispatching software/apps.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required.

Mansioni

• Organize and schedules inspections for move outs/ins and marketing.
• Schedule work for vacant and occupied properties including routine maintenance and urgent orders.
• Allocate admin time for training and meetings as needed.
• Monitor the schedule board and coordinate with team members for follow-ups.
