American Homes 4 Rent, L.P. is hiring a Field Scheduler to prioritize and assign work orders for Field Technicians across properties. You will manage move-outs/ins, maintenance tasks, and liaise with teams to ensure timely completions.

We seek candidates with strong scheduling software skills, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to multitask while delivering excellent customer service. Hybrid or on-site flexibility may apply based on operations.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Associates degree or higher in related fields preferred.
• Experience in Maintenance, Property Management, Dispatching or Scheduling required.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Organize and schedules all inspections (move outs, move ins, and marketing).
• Schedule for vacant and occupied properties including routine maintenance.
• Allocate admin time for training and meetings as needed.
• Ensure schedules are full and optimized by priority and route.
• Monitor schedule board and liaise with team for follow-ups.
