Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred.
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
• 0-2 years scheduling experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, builds and updates project schedules with the project team.
• Performs schedule reviews and communicates comments to the project team.
• Participates in all phases of construction planning and scheduling.
• Uses JE Dunn scheduling software.
• Assists with training for JE Dunn operations.
• Develops best practices for planning and scheduling.
• Visits job sites to review status and update schedules.
• Supports Lean and Pull Planning alignment with CPM schedule.
• Prepares reports as required for projects.
• Adds resource and cost loading as needed.
• Provides planning support to various departments.
• Considers market/regional factors affecting schedules.
• Participates in pursuit opportunities with the project team.
