Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Scheduler 1 to prepare and update project schedules, visit job sites to review status, and support training efforts. You will work with the project team to ensure schedules reflect scope, milestones, and resources, while applying best practices in scheduling and Lean planning.

Ideal candidates have 0-2 years of scheduling experience, a bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field (preferred), and strong MS Office and scheduling software skills.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

• Prepare, build and update project schedules with the project team
• Conduct schedule reviews and communicate comments to the team
• Support planning and scheduling across project phases and training sessions
• Visit job sites to review status and update schedules accordingly
• Assist with development of best practices for scheduling efforts
• Provide reports and support Lean and pull planning alignment
