Job summary

JE Dunn is seeking a Scheduler 2 to prepare and update project schedules in collaboration with project teams. The role requires visiting job sites, reviewing status, and mentoring less experienced colleagues. You will support planning, baseline schedules, and ongoing updates using JE Dunn tools.

Core duties include schedule reviews, training support, and ensuring alignment with Lean and pull planning. A bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field is preferred, with 3+ years

Qualifications

• 3+ years planning and scheduling experience (Preferred).
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license required.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• May require travel and/or relocation.
• Must be willing to work non-traditional hours to meet business needs.
• Office environment with potential exposure to extreme conditions.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, builds and updates project schedules with the project team.
• Performs schedule reviews and communicates comments to the team.
• Participates in all planning/scheduling phases including baseline and updates.
• Uses JE Dunn scheduling software for planning and reporting.
• Provides training content and materials for training sessions.
• Visits job sites to review status and update schedules.
• Supports Lean and pull planning with CPM alignment.
• Produces project schedule reports as needed.
