True North Group LLC. is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Trainer who can elevate a growing team of agents through hands-on field training, ride-alongs, and practical coaching.

You will balance your own production with mentoring duties, build confidence, and foster a positive, growth‑driven culture. Licensing in life and health insurance is supported and reimbursed as you advance with us.

• Experience in sales with training or leadership preferred.
