Job summary

Omada AI is seeking Territory Partners to drive on-site, face-to-face sales with small businesses across the US. As a 1099 independent contractor, you’ll prospect, pitch, and close deals for Omada’s AI marketing platform, building your own pipeline and income.

There’s no salary or benefits; earnings scale with performance, with six-figure targets in year one through ongoing commissions and bonuses. You’ll start in the field with support, grow a live book of business, and progress toward

• Proven field or outside sales experience.
• Ability to prospect territory and build a pipeline.
• Ability to close deals and ask for the business.
• Self-management and discipline.

Responsibilities

• Prospect your territory. Walk-ins, door pulls, referrals, networking groups, local events. The pipeline is yours.
• Sell face to face. Pitch owners in person and start them on a live free trial on the spot.
• Own the full cycle. From first conversation to trial to paying customer, the deal is yours.
• Learn the product fast. Most reps are pitching confidently within a day or two.
• Know your numbers. Track your activity and your accounts so you can see what’s working and close more each week.
