Job summary

Omada AI is seeking Territory Partners to drive on-site, face-to-face sales with small businesses across the US. As a 1099 independent contractor, you’ll prospect, pitch, and close deals for Omada’s AI marketing platform, building your own pipeline and income.

There’s no salary or benefits; earnings scale with performance, with six-figure targets in year one through ongoing commissions and bonuses. You’ll start in the field with support, grow a live book of business, and progress toward

1099 Independent Contractor, Commission-Based

The Role

Every town has hundreds of small businesses run by people who are great at their trade and have no time for marketing. Omada AI gives them an AI marketing team for a fraction of what an agency costs. Territory Partners are the people who put it in their hands.

This is real field sales. You walk into local businesses, pitch the owner face to face, and get them live on Omada that same day. Your territory, your pipeline, your deals, your income.

It’s a 1099, commission-based role, built for closers who want to own what they earn. Every close raises your rate, grows a book that keeps paying you, and moves you toward running a city. We’re launching new cities every month, and the people who join now are the ones who will lead them.

How You Get Paid

Six figures in year one is a real target here.

Territory Partners who close 3 to 4 customers a week are on pace for $100K+ in their first year. What you earn comes down to what you close.

Our comp plan is called the Builder Plan. It pays you for every customer you close, and your rate only moves in one direction.

• A first-close bonus. Cash when your first customer pays.

• Commission on every close. Your per-close rate steps up at 10 and 25 career closes, then stays at the top rate for good. Your count never resets and you never get moved back down.

• Milestone cash bonuses. Paid at 10, 25, 50, and 100 career closes.

• Residuals on your book. Consistent producers earn a quarterly residual on customers who stay with Omada. The book you build keeps paying you.

• A production guarantee in your first four weeks. While you’re getting started, weeks where you hit the close target come with a guaranteed minimum.

• Leadership overrides. City Captains earn a share of everything their city collects.

Commissions pay once the customer’s payment clears, and there are no clawbacks on validated closes.

The Straight Deal

We want people who choose this with their eyes open, so here it is plainly.

• You’re an independent contractor (1099), not a W2 employee. There is no salary, hourly wage, or employee benefits. You handle your own taxes and expenses.

• You’re paid on results. Closed, paying customers. Not hours.

• You own your schedule and your pipeline. Nobody books your meetings, and nobody caps what you earn.

The reps who do well here wouldn’t want it any other way.

What You’ll Do

• Learn the product fast. Most reps are pitching confidently within a day or two. The product isn’t the hard part. The hustle is.

• Know your numbers. Track your activity and your accounts so you can see what’s working and close more each week.

How We Set You Up to Win

• You start in the field with a veteran. Your first weeks are next to an experienced Territory Partner. Watch their pitches, prospect together, then close your own deals with their backup. Commission is shared on the deals you close together.

• A product that sells. Owners need marketing help and most can’t afford an agency. Omada does the work of one for a fraction of the price. In front of the right owner, it sells.

• Support behind your accounts. Ongoing product training and a customer success team that helps your trials turn into paying customers.

• A real path up. TP -> Vanguard -> City Captain -> State Director -> Regional Director. We launch new cities every month, and we fill those leadership seats from the field.

Who We’re Looking For

• Proven field or outside sales experience. You’ve sold face to face before (D2D, B2B field, territory sales, retail energy, telecom, payments, or similar) and you have the numbers to show for it.

• You prospect for yourself. You’ve built a pipeline from zero and you’re comfortable walking into a business cold.

• You close. You ask for the business, handle objections in the moment, and don’t leave without a next step.

• You manage yourself. You run your day like a business owner, because as an independent contractor you are one.

• Reliable transportation and the ability to work your territory in person.
