Job summary

PMI U.S. is offering an Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 to provide hands-on experience in territory management and commercial operations. You will work with experienced sales leaders, participate in field activities, and analyze data to drive territory growth and consumer engagement.

The program runs June 7, 2027 – August 13, 2027, with a 10-week schedule and an hourly pay of $30. The role emphasizes collaboration across Commercial, Marketing, and Business Development teams.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree program
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using data to generate business insights

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams
• Conduct competitive and market research
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship
